I only knew Mark for 10 years but he welcomed me into the family with open arms and a big smile. I think I scored extra brownie points because I liked rum and I would happily have a glass with him during big family parties.  

I haven't met anyone who had a bad word to say about him. He was generous with his time, always prepared with some wise words and encouragement and he will be missed terribly. 

Rest in peace Mark. You are the best father in law a girl could wish for.
